When I first heard of it, I took no notice because I was still enamored with blogs and blogging. Just say it, I am very challenged in my knowledge of the internet. It took me a while to see that there was more to the internet than adult and sleazy porn sites. There is a lot of those also and they can definitely occupy your time but, I can state, blogging held my attention the longest because there is something about writing that attracts me. Never mind that I am no good at it but I just love writing stuff. It matters little that there was no reader base. Writing was what I needed to keep me well content. Well, not for long, anyway. I got nauseated doing the same things, namely, writing or blogging, or more importantly, I ran out of ideas to opine about. I sorely required a change to keep from going insane and I turned my attention on other things like locating traffic. So I considered social bookmarking. Nothing heavy, just light stuff like, how does it work and simple things like that. The great thing about social bookmarking sites is that it is is no rocket science. You sign up and submit your sites and they accept it. Then the magic begins. Search engines find your sites and index them. cool! I have had a site rank in number one on Google’s search pages after I submitted it to a few social bookmarking sites.
